Avilub Metacool water-soluble metalworking fluid

Introduction: Avilub Metacool series water-soluble cutting fluid is an emulsified cutting fluid that does not contain harmful substances such as nitrite or phenol to the environment and human body. It has excellent hard water stability, rust resistance, and antimicrobial ability. Suitable for cutting, milling, and grinding processes of ferrous metals, aluminum, and stainless steel, and this product is particularly suitable for heavy-duty machining such as tapping, reaming, boring, and pulling.

Application scope:
1) Suitable for heavy-duty processing of black metals such as cast iron, carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, as well as aluminum and its alloys;
2) The recommended concentration is 5% -10%, which can be adjusted according to specific usage needs;
